2. How To Guarantee The Quality Of Your Goods?
First of all, we will have a corresponding inspection after each process. The final trial-produced samples are inspected for appearance, size and assembly according to the drawings.

3. Can we visit your factory?
Of course! We warmly welcome potential customers and partners to visit our factory. Please make an appointment with us in advance so that we can arrange a professional receptionist and technical explanation for you.

4. Do you offer custom-made products according to our requirements?
Yes, definitely. OEM and ODM services are one of our core competencies. Please provide us with your detailed specifications, drawings, or samples. Our engineering team will evaluate them and provide you with a professional solution and quotation.

5. What’s The Payment Term?
When preparing your quotation, we will confirm the preferred trade terms—FOB, CIF, CFR, etc. Once the order is confirmed, a 30% deposit is required prior to production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment of the mould. The most common payment method is T/T, though L/C is also acceptable.

6. What is your lead time?
For regular orders, the typical production lead time is 15-40 days. The exact lead time depends on the mold process and quantity. We will confirm the exact delivery date with you before order confirmation.

7. How To Deliver The Goods To Us
Typically, we ship goods by sea. Located in Taizhou, our facility is just 120 kilometers from Ningbo Port, making ocean freight highly convenient and efficient for export to global destinations. For time-sensitive orders, Ningbo Airport and Shanghai Airport are also within easy reach, ensuring flexible and rapid air freight options.

8. What is your warranty policy?
Any quality issues caused by raw materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We are committed to providing you with long-term technical support.

9. Do you provide operation training or installation guidance?
Yes. We can provide detailed installation videos and online technical guidance. For large orders, we can also dispatch engineers to your site for technical support (terms to be negotiated separately).
